What is Warriors Tackle Supply?

Warriors Tackle Supply offers a Fishing Lures & Tackle Box, to help you discover new fishing lures, baits, and tackle every month! From beginners to expert anglers, they all enjoy the great quality of brands we send each month. Most importantly, our cause is to give back to Veterans and First Responder programs.

I just joined, when do I receive my first package?

We ask that you allow 3-7 business days for your order to be curated. As soon as your order ships you will have the ability to track your shipment through your account every step of the way. Shipping will vary on your location, weekends and holidays. We offer standard shipping free of charge, which can take between 7 to 14 days to be delivered. If you would like your packages shipped on an expedited basis, it can take approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive, but there is an $8 additional cost. To request expedited shipments just send us an email at warriors@warriorstacklesupply.com. Expedited shipping is not available internationally. We do ship internationally, however shipping times can vary and will take longer than our domestic shipping.

When and how can I cancel my account?

If you subscribed to one of our boxes, you can cancel your account by logging into your account and clicking the cancel option. If you cancel after being charged the cancellation will take effect the following month. Customers are charged every 1st of the month. Do you ship to internationally?

Yes, we now ship internationally. Due to the higher shipping costs, there is a surcharge for members residing in internationally. This surcharge will vary, on average most international customers will see a surcharge of $6 USC (ex. Canada). However, some countries could see a surcharge of $15 USC or more. The surcharge will be charged separately. Please note, members residing internationally are responsible for tariffs and duties. We currently use USPS for our parcel and we are not able to provide labels to members residing internationally for returns. Members residing internationally can use the parcel of their choice to return any item(s), and are responsible for the shipping charges for the return. On what date is the monthly payment?

Our subscribers are charged every 1st of the month. We ask that you allow 3-7 business days for your order to be curated. Can I skip a month?

Yes, you may skip as many months as you wish without penalty. There are no obligations. Just email us before the 1st of the month if you would like to skip or pause your membership. Members can request to skip 3 consecutive months at a time. Just email us at warriors@warriorstacklesupply.com.

Can I select my species?

We do not offer species specific boxes, we are more of a variety box. Our boxes will consist of lures that can target various species of fish. We focus on growing your tackle box with various types of lures. Our survey is used to help us keep track of what type of lures our customers will use the most. Lastly, 95% of our subscribers fish for bass, so we do send many bass lures.

Do you have phone support?

No—but please don’t misunderstand this as any lack of interest! We’d love to answer your questions. We know the decision to omit phone support is unusual, but after experimenting with different approaches, we’ve found that starting with email enables us to provide the fastest response. We focus on providing fast and high quality responses by email, so you’re always talking to a human that can help first-hand. If it is a matter that can not be resolved over the email we will most certainly contact you by phone, just leave the best number to contact you by email.
