First, we want to thank you for your purchase from Warriors Tackle Supply. We are excited to have you as a customer. Here are a few things you should know about your subscription or one time purchase:

• If you signed up for one of our subscription plans there is nothing else you need to do. We will ship your first curated package, of our newest releases, within 7 to 10 business days from the date of sign up. As soon as your order ships you will have the ability to track your shipment through your account every step of the way. A order will not show in your account until a box is shipped by the warehouse. Once orders ship, your order history can be found in the orders tab of your account.
• Shipping will vary on your location, weekends and holidays. We offer standard shipping free of charge, which can take between 3 to 7 days to be delivered once shipped.
• If you signed up for the monthly plan, you will be charged every 1st of the month thereafter. The warehouse typically can get all the boxes shipped out by the middle of the of the month, approximately the 15th of each month. However, this time frame can vary depending on weekends, holidays, and our suppliers. Our goal is to equip you with quality lures at great pricing. However, some of these suppliers shipment times can effect our shipments to our customers. If you reside in the U.S., transit time is 5-7 days once shipped. If you do not receive a tracking email by the 15th of the month feel free to send us an email at warriors@warriorstacklesupply.com.
